The National Film Board will be in Saskatchewan to meet with filmmakers and producers on May 17th and 18th. Executive Producer David Christensen and Producer Bonnie Thompson will discuss the NFB's documentary and animation work and answer questions about working with the Board, both as a filmmaker and as a co-producer. They'll also talk about new digital and new media initiatives and what it means to "create" and "connect" with Canadians in the age of the Internet. The Film Board is looking to work with a wide range of Canadian artists and media-makers interested in experimenting with the creative application of digital technologies and interactivity as it relates to story, expression and community. David and Bonnie's talk and the Q&A will offer filmmakers and media artists valuable insights into the type of work which the NFB is looking to produce.

Regina - Tuesday May 18th 7:00pm - 9:00pm in the Liquid Lounge at Crave Kitchen and Wine Bar, 1925 Victoria Avenue
