Canadian Interactive Alliance / Alliance interactive canadienne (CI@IC) is about to become legitimate


Once Industry Canada has approved the name CI@IC (pronounced CIA), the Canadian Interactive Alliance will become incorporated as Canada’s official national new media industry body.

The CI@IC a cooperative of Canadian New Media associations formed to coordinate, facilitate and communicate the interests of the industry at a national level (formerly the Coalition of Canadian New Media Associations). The CI@IC’s adds strength to the voice of Canada’s New Media industry through unity. Its efforts thus far have contributed to a recent boost in the Telefilm Canada’s New Media Fund.

Focused Trade mission on e-learning/e-health to Australia from Manitoba & Saskatchewan. Costs: $2500 (full travel estimate). Oct. 10-16 2010.
