Fall Weekend Workshop with Vancouver Acting Coach Neil Schell FROM AUDITION TO FINAL PERFORMANCE IN REGINA NOVEMBER 19TH & 20TH $275 + GST
This workshop will take each actor through all the steps of landing a large role. You will go from getting that email stating you have an audition with time, date, location, sides and character description to performing it in front of a camera and director - every step will be worked on. New Government Incentives for Film Industry in Saskatchewan
Saskatchewan is enhancing film industry incentives to maintain Saskatchewan's competitiveness in attracting major film and television productions to the province and the resulting jobs the industry creates. A tax credit of up to 55 per cent will be made available to film and video producers through legislation to be introduced this fall. CATAAlliance has announced major updates to its SR&ED Tax & Finance Centre.
This on-line service, developed in partnership with Deloitte & Touche, allows CATA members to gain valuable information about SR & ED tax incentives. Businesses receive around 2 billion plus dollars annually from Canada's SR & ED program as support for their innovation. The software and communication sectors are among the leading beneficiaries. Companies wishing to access the SR&ED Tax Credit Centre will require an access password. Please confirm your membership status and contact cmalette@cata.ca for your password.
