Registration Fees

Group discounts are available (details below).

Full event (includes lunch, all sessions, reception)

Members (SaskInteractive or SMPIA) $105.00  
Non-members $136.50 *
Students $52.50 **

* Non-members who submit a SaskInteractive corporate membership application or SMPIA application prior to September 15 qualify for member pricing

All prices include GST.

Full payment of the registration fee must accompany the registration in order to be processed.

Group Discounts

A group discount of 10% is available to September 20 for groups of four or more from the same organization registered at the same time, for the same event (excludes subsidized students). Please contact Barbara at 934.6667 or summit@saskinteractive.com to make arrangements as groups cannot be registered on-line.

Registration

You have 3 options to submit your registration and payment, which must be in Canadian dollars.

  1. Complete the registration form and pay on-line using PayPal.
  2. Print and complete the registration form, and mail it with a cheque payable to:

  3. Register on-site (cheque or cash only—no credit or debit cards)

    Michelangelo A (mezzanine) 8:30am - 1:00pm
    Picasso Room - Reception 4:45pm - 7:00pm

A combined Invoice/Receipt will be issued when you check-in at the Registration desk.

Method of Payment

Credit card payment is accepted (via PayPal) only if you register on-line. If registering my mail or in person, you must pay by cheque. Make your cheques payable to Saskatchewan Interactive. Payment in FULL in Canadian funds must accompany your registration in order to be processed.

Check-in

To complete your registration, check-in at the Registration desk at the following times:

September 24 8:30am - 1:00pm
Reception 4:45pm - 7:00pm

You must wear your name tag to gain access to any Interactive 2010! session/event.

Cancellations, Substitutions and Changes

If you need to cancel, you may do so in writing for a full refund less a $25 service charge until September 20. Sorry, no refunds or letters of credit are available after this date. To cancel your registration, please

No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.

Substitutions are allowed only with the written permission of the original registrant. Please mail/fax/email your substitution request to the above.

Program Changes and Disclaimers

The Saskatchewan Interactive Media Association reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. All sessions are filled on a first come, first seated basis. Arrive early to ensure a seat! Recording devices and cameras, still, video, or cell are prohibited.

Saskatchewan Interactive Media Association reserves the right to use for promotional purposes any photographs taken at the Saskatchewan Interactive Summit.

Student Subsidies

Student subsidies that reduce the registration fee to $25 are available for the first 20 paid student registrations...please apply for a subsidy by emailing brackham@saskinteractive.com...indicate your institution, full name, phone number and method of payment (PayPal or cheque or cash). We will reply with an invoice (PayPal or pdf) as soon as we receive your application. Payment must be received by 5pm Thursday, September 23.
